  I had high hopes for this place as it's so central. I've had Sarah a couple of times and she is fantastic because she leaves very little time where you're just standing in the water. The exercises seem to flow from one to the next and a variety of skills are covered in the one lesson. The other instructors however, are nice enough but appear like they don't know what to do so they make conversation whilst everyone just stands around or they spend the majority of the lesson going around in a circle just to drag out the time. Considering how short and expensive the lessons are, it's not something I want to do when I have a pool at home.
